Hot Dip Galvanizing
Our company has complete and latest technology of galvanizing products. Our galvanizing bath is quite sizeable to cater the demand of the customers. The Hot Dip Galvanizing process involves immersion in a bath of molten Zinc for up to 5 minutes at a temperature of about 450 C and this treatment on steel has significant protection to the metal and gives smooth and fine finish to the product.
Powder Coating
Powder Coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form.
Painting
According to the customer requirement, the exterior portion of the pole is painted with 02 coats of red oxide and 02 coats of silver enamel.
The interior and exterior of the bottom portion shall be painted with at least 01 coat of Anti-corrosive paint length to be buried in the ground.
